FAQ's

How can I change or cancel my booking?
Just contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone with your booking number. We’ll handle everything for you.

What if the weather is bad?
In case of bad weather, an alternative tour will be offered. Refunds are only available if no tour operates at all.

What is the deposit when booking online?
It’s part of the total price, paid online to confirm your spot. The rest is paid on the day of the tour.

How do I pay on the day?
You can pay the remaining balance in cash or by card.

What do I need to drive the buggy?
A valid driving license with at least 1.5 years of experience. If both drivers qualify, you can switch during the tour.

Is the tour child-friendly?
Yes! Kids 1.20m or taller can join as passengers. Child seats are available.

Do I need experience to drive?
No experience needed. Our guides will explain everything before you start.

We did the Teide sunset tour, it was the best views of Teide ever and the tour guide was excellent.
The buggy's were great though it does get nippy. next time I go I definitely take a face covering and gloves because if it rains it hurts.

Era gentilissimo , spiegava tutto , rispondeva su tutte le domande, e ragazzi abbiamo fatto un giro con fuori strada assai,  che mi piace tanto con attenzione sulla strada asfaltata. Con soriso ,foto ,allegrie, abbiamo visitato posti bellisimi. Ci tornerei volentieri. Non andate da nessun altro. La vera gara si fa solo con buggy paradise. Baci a tutti viva Tenerife.

We had a great afternoon on the tour, the organiser and the guide (didn’t catch there names) were all very friendly and professional throughout, the buggy (4seater) was like new, we were also collected and dropped off at our accommodation, the tour guide was very informative on the tour too, overall worth the money no question, great fun with amazing views throughout, would happily do it again, thanks guys!

We booked this through Tenerife first excursions and the company was ‘Buggy Canarias’ it was 10/10.. picked up from our hotel by Jake who was lovely! When we arrived we were given a run though about all the safety ect. It was an amazing experience. We would do it again in a heartbeat. The sunset was amazing we ate pizza when we reached the top and Jake also took photos for us which we purchased at the end and they were just stunning! Would 100% recommend!

Best buggy tour around !
Oliver our tour guide was absolutely amazing. You could tell he really enjoyed his job he was very informative about the national park. Regular rest stops and photos were taken €25 for the photos which is very reasonable. 
Oliver’s customer service was impeccable and it really made our trip memorable. We’re not allowed to go off road anymore which didn’t make a difference to us, the tour was beautiful sunset was beautiful. 
When we got back to the start he offered us drinks and we all chilled like we were best mates a lovely little touch to end the tour.
I really recommend this company and especially Oliver!

Guide d’origine française, parlant espagnol et anglais, fort sympathique. Mise à disposition gratuitement blouson, gants et lunettes de protection pour la balade. Les guides prennent le temps d’expliquer à chaque passager le fonctionnement du buggy, tout cela avec patience et gentillesse. Pause au pied du volcan pour nous laisser le temps d’admirer la vue et de faire des photos. Le guide fait également des photos avec son appareil et vous envoie le lien par SMS pour pouvoir les télécharger gratuitement. Sortie très sécurisé, guide très professionnel, je les recommande vivement. À la fin de la balade, petit en-cas mis à disposition toujours gratuitement avec sandwich, chips, bière, vin blanc, soft… avec discussion très conviviale.

Brilliant 3hr buggy sunset tour
We had an amazing evening doing the sunset 3hr buggy tour around Mount Teide! Daniel was a really informative guide and the pictures he took were brilliant.
