How can I change or cancel my booking?
Just contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone with your booking number. We’ll handle everything for you.
What if the weather is bad?
If it’s just cloudy or lightly raining, the tour will run as scheduled — we’re heading out for an adventure in buggies, and we don’t stop for a few drops of rain! However, if the route becomes unsafe or inaccessible due to severe weather conditions, the excursion will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.
What is the deposit when booking online?
It’s part of the total price, paid online to confirm your spot. The rest is paid on the day of the tour.
How do I pay on the day?
You can pay the remaining balance in cash or by card.
What do I need to drive the buggy?
A valid driving license with at least 1.5 years of experience. If both drivers qualify, you can switch during the tour.
Is the tour child-friendly?
Yes! Kids 1.20m or taller can join as passengers. Child seats are available.
Do I need experience to drive?
No experience needed. Our guides will explain everything before you start.

In case of bad weather, an alternative tour will be offered. Refunds are only available if no tour operates at all.
